Papers are subjected to a double blind peer review process, adjudged according to a set of criteria including technical quality of the paper and its contribution to Operations Research. High quality Work in Progress papers are acceptable if proof of certain work already completed and progress made can be presented – a paper consisting only of an overview of what is being planned for a study is unacceptable.

Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in substantial delays of the review process.
