Proceedings submissions

Papers are subjected to a double blind peer review process, adjudged according to a set of criteria including technical quality of the paper and its contribution to operations research. High quality work in progress papers are acceptable if proof of certain work already completed and progress made can be presented – a paper consisting only of an overview of what is being planned for a study is unacceptable. Selected papers will be considered for publication in a special edition of ORiON, the official journal of ORSSA instead.

Authors may download the full set of instructions here. All manuscripts are expected to adhere to these instructions prior to submission. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in substantial delays of the review process. The page limit is 10 pages and there is no need for pre-submission of abstracts before submission of the Proceedings papers.

Only the following formats will be accepted:

Authors are encouraged to use the official set of ORSSA keywords available here as a first resort, and then only add others if necessary.

Citations and bibliography entries in all manuscripts are expected to adhere to the format in these examples of reference citations and bibliography listings prior to submission.

Anonymous papers, accompanied by a cover email detailing the names and affiliations of the authors may be submitted electronically through the submission form.

Proceedings submissions opened on 15 March 2024 and will close on 15 June 2024.
