Accommodation at the hotel can be booked together with conference registration. The price per room for ORSSA delegates is R3100 per night and an additional R500 per night for an extra guest sharing the room. Booking accommodation at Devon Valley Hotel through ORSSA will close on 31 July 2026 (together with the closing of conference registration), after which delegates need to either book accommodation directly with Devon Valley Hotel (subject to availability) or at nearby accommodation. Devon Valley Hotel has close relationships with accommodations in the Valley and can organise a shuttle between accommodations and Devon Valley Hotel for each day of the conference.
