Registration
Individuals may register for the conference by purchasing a ticket through the event. A 10% discount applies to ORSSA members, so ensure you are logged in before purchasing your ticket or purchase your ORSSA membership today. Delegate registration opens on 13 April 2026 and closes on 31 July 2026. Registration fees in ZAR for early bird and standard tickets are tabulated below.
Invoice registration

Accommodation
Upon successful conference registration, a conference acceptance letter will be received. Accommodation at the hotel for the duration of the conference can be booked by emailing Melissa van Staden at melissa@devonvalleyhotel.com and attaching your receipt letter (as proof that you have registered and paid your registration fees). The price per room for ORSSA delegates is R3 100 per night and an additional R500 per night for an extra guest sharing the room. If you have not received your receipt by the time that you want to make the booking, please email the Treasurer of the LOC at isabelle@sun.ac.za to request a receipt.
Devon Valley Hotel also has close relationships with accommodations in the Valley and can organise a shuttle between accommodations and Devon Valley Hotel for each day of the conference.
