Registration
Individuals may register for the conference by purchasing a ticket through the event. Delegate registration opens on 13 April 2026 and closes on 31 July 2026. Registration fees are tabulated below.

Invoice registration
Do you need an invoice for a bulk registration of multiple delegates? Are you being sponsored by your employer and you need an invoice to claim from your financial department? Visit the invoice registration page here for more information!
Accommodation
Accommodation at the hotel can be booked together with your conference ticket once registration opens. The price per room for ORSSA delegates is R3100 per night and an additional R500 per night for an extra guest sharing the room. Booking accommodation at Devon Valley Hotel through ORSSA will close on 31 July 2026 (together with the closing of conference registration), after which delegates need to either book accommodation directly with Devon Valley Hotel (subject to availability) or at nearby accommodation. Devon Valley Hotel has close relationships with accommodations in the Valley and can organise a shuttle between accommodations and Devon Valley Hotel for each day of the conference.
