48th ORSSA Annual Conference (2019)

Proceedings Submission

The 2019 ORSSA Conference will once again offer the opportunity for authors to submit papers to the official proceedings. Submissions are open until 15 July 2019.

Papers will be subjected to a double blind peer review process, adjudged according to a set of criteria including technical quality of the paper and its contribution to Operations Research. High quality Work in Progress papers are acceptable if proof of certain work already completed and progress made can be presented a paper consisting only of an overview of what is being planned for a study is unacceptable.

Authors may download a full set of instructions here. All manuscripts are expected to adhere to these instructions prior to (first) submission. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in substantial delays of the review process. The page limit is 8 pages and there is no need for pre-submission of abstracts before submission of Proceedings papers.

Keywords

Authors are encouraged to use the official set of ORSSA keywords as their first resort, and then only to add others if necessary.

Reference Citations and Bibliography Listings

Authors may download comprehensive examples of reference citations and bibliography listings. Citations and bibliography entries in all manuscripts are expected to adhere to the formats in these examples prior to (first) submission.

Submission for the Proceedings

Authors are requested to (re)read the instructions above and to ensure that their papers adhere to the example format (above) before submitting papers. Anonymous papers (accompanied by a cover e-mail detailing the names and affiliations of authors) may be submitted electronically to the Proceedings Editor . The Editor will accept electronic manuscripts in one of the following formats:

  • A pdf file, typeset by LaTeX (using only the style sheet provided)
  • An MS-Word Document

Other file formats will not be accepted.
